Today, Sgt. Bergdahl filed a writ of coram nobis and a motion to submit extra-record factual matters to ACCA.

Interesting. They are asking for the charges and specifications to be dismissed, not that Bergdahl be returned to military control or that the sentence of a dishonorable discharge be set aside. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
