Wow. Yeah, this guy was a scumbag while in the garrison. We have all defended great battlefield soldiers, heroes even, who have messed up when returning. give the guy his retirement, perhaps at the O-3 level and call it a day.

Wow... CAAF must’ve been auditioning for Cirque du Soleil - they’re clearly world-class contortionists if they couldn’t find prejudice there...

(Or they’ve got a strong preference of protecting young TDCs - which is noble, but misplaced).

Even a cursory reading of ACCA cases would give TDS a clue that dismissal for adultery with an Enlisted Soldier's wife was "on the table," if not practically assured.

CAAF found IAC because defense counsel felt the extra sentencing stuff wouldn’t have made a difference, but didn’t set aside the sentence because the extra sentencing stuff wouldn’t have made a difference.
