Can you please post the government response as well? I could only find the post for his initial appeal.

We don't have it. They don't send us their pleadings, unfortunately. And they are not available online.

The only way I know to publicly access CAAF Briefs is when they post the briefs corresponding to upcoming oral arguments. It would be great if all the briefs were posted.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy that once upon a time govt pleadings would make their way to CAAFlog unofficially.

Hint hint. Lots of people have copies. It's a public record.
