How often are retirees prosecuted? Intern LT Chris Clifton did a deep dive in Westlaw and determined that around 30 retiree prosecutions have resulted in appellate opinions since the beginning of the database's recordkeeping. It seems like this practice, while rare, has become more common in the last decade.

This is not quite a scientific hypothesis, but some aspect of the UCMJ may be measured against the growth of a disease. Compare these results to the growth in Covid19 cases in the US. Follow these steps:

Sure. Caveat though, this is a graphical comparison. It doesn't account for a few levels of mathematical rigor. I think it was Peter Navarro that put a regression up as showing that was really inappropriate.
